A review of Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon Review from 1up: I've been keeping my eyes open for Fragile Dreams: Farewell Ruins of the Moon ever since its demo at Tokyo Game Show in 2008. Something about this Wii game's beautiful environments and enchanting premise really captured my imagination. You play as Seto, a 15-year-old boy who's all alone in a post-apocalyptic world until he sets off in search for other survivors like himself. A review of Wideload's Guilty Party: Showing That Not All Wii Party Games Are Crappy Minigame Collections from 1up: When you first hear Guilty Party's premise, you'll probably think of the classic board game Clue. And trying ...

That there is the brand-new theme for Mecho Wars on WiiWare. A pretty nice bit of audio, don’t you think?

Of course, Mr. Bernard isn’t goping to stop there. He’s already teasing his next Mecho Wars project, which isn’t due out until 2010. All we get is a piece of art, and absolutely no discussion of what platforms it will be gracing. You can find another art piece at the link below.

I’m sure Luc will speak up soon. At least, I hope he does. His Mecho Wars game seems to be picking up some great reviews, and he should ride the wave of positive press!

It’s unashamedly retro in all departments, from concept to sound and graphics, but the sheer speed of play and required concentration once you get a few levels in, coupled with the explosions of primary colours, issues you a one-way ticket to Migraine City.

When not carrying around a fat Italian plumber, the lovable dinosaur partakes in delicious desserts. It’s the only way Yoshi can solve puzzles… apparently. This NES/SNES classic is available on the Virtual Console.

A pretty looking atmospheric platformer with a well-developed story idea, NyxQuest is worth playing despite its boring enemies and sometimes routine platforming.
